How does video coaching work? Essentially, you can communicate with your coach via email as frequently as you wish, and your coach will reply once daily in video format.

This level of coaching does not require the completion of any "homework" on your part. Coach responses will include step-by-step instructions, analysis, screen shares, links to resources, and more.
